Strategic Hires Help NetCom Learning Sustain Growth in a Down Economy
NEW YORK, July 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NetCom Learning, a worldwide leader in IT and soft skills training is experiencing sustained growth in the face of a down economy by not only filling open positions, but creating new ones. In the first half of 2011 while many competitors have downsized or closed their doors, NetCom hired fifteen full-time employees at its global headquarters in New York City.
One of the key new hires, Bobby Ceklic, joined NetCom as General Manager. Bobby has over 10 years experience managing successful technical training centers in competitive US markets. "It's an exciting opportunity for me to join an organization with the momentum and growth potential of NetCom," said Ceklic. "Over the years NetCom has differentiated itself from the competition with a combination of the right people, the right product, and outstanding delivery. Our approach to market is intelligent, data driven and focused on growth. I'm very pleased to join such a driven team of professionals who share my vision," Ceklic added.
In addition to creating the General Manager position, NetCom hired 8 experienced Sales Executives to stay abreast of increased demand for new training products, such as its popular Live Online Training™ courses, 4 Customer Service Specialists to maintain NetCom's top-rated client satisfaction scores while their customer base grows, and 2 full-time Instructors with over 40 years of combined teaching and practical experience.
"To be at the top of the learning marketplace, we have to hire and retain the industry's best employees. Continually strengthening our team is a key step in realizing our mission: To grow profitably each year while becoming the most trusted and respected learning organization," said Russell Sarder, NetCom Chairman & CEO. "NetCom is poised to grow by at least 25% over the next four quarters. Shortly after becoming Microsoft's #1 Worldwide Training Partner, NetCom was named one of Inc.
