Stratacomm Partners Buy Back Firm Ownership
Strategic communications agency also expands its partnership roster
WASHINGTON, April 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The leaders of Stratacomm LLC today announced restructured ownership of the strategic communications consultancy. Stratacomm's partnership group reacquired majority ownership and control of the company. The equity transaction closed earlier this year and, after a brief transition period, the firm is now a self-sufficient company that is independently managed and operated by Stratacomm partners.

Austin joins Ron DeFore, Fitzpatrick and Buff as senior partners. Along with Tyll, Stratacomm's partnership roster is rounded out by Sharon Hegarty, Charlotte Seigler and John Undeland. As evidence of the firm's stability and commitment to long-term success, Stratacomm partners have been with the company for nearly 12 years each on average.
