As the newest member of the team, Yer is committed to uncovering key stakeholder insights that inform actionable brand strategies. She has experience working with consumer healthcare brands from her work at Seiden Group.

Yer has a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University. As an undergraduate, she worked at Columbia Business School as a behavioral and marketing research assistant studying the intellectual property of brands.
