StormCon opens Annual Stormwater Conference Call for Papers

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Forester Media Inc., publisher of Stormwater magazine, opens the Call for Papers for its Fifteenth Annual StormCon Conference.

For stormwater professionals, engineers, consultants and researchers from across North America and overseas, the annual Surface Water Quality Pollution Prevention Conference is a forum to exchange ideas on, and experience with, policies, current practices and emerging technologies.

StormCon is seeking papers for presentation at StormCon 2016. The deadline for submitting abstracts is Wednesday, December 9.

The conference will be held in Indianapolis, IN, August 22–25, 2016, and for the first time will be colocated with another large show that also attracts attendees from the municipal arena: WASTECON, the premier solid waste industry-focused conference, put on by the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). Many of the same high-level public works officials have responsibilities in both the stormwater and solid waste arenas. Holding the conferences in the same place allows attendees to get the best of both worlds in the joint exhibit hall and in the educational sessions.

Water-Quality Monitoring

Industrial Stormwater Management

Stormwater Management for Solid Waste Facilities
