Store Brand Baby Formula Receives Highest Marks In Viewpoints.com Analysis

GORDONSVILLE, Va., Oct. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- A recent analysis of consumer reviews on baby formula has found that Store Brand Formula, sold under different private label brand names at leading retailers, is ranked the highest by moms and dads versus more expensive national brands.

Viewpoints, a leading consumer reviews and product rankings website, conducted the analysis, which measures overall sentiment using proprietary methodology that weights reviews based on positive and negative score data. Viewpoints compared the overall sentiment of consumer reviews of national brand formulas compared to those of store brand infant formulas. The comprehensive analysis revealed that store brands such as Target's Up & Up® Infant Formula and Walmart's Parent's Choice® Infant Formula received top marks.
