Storage Post Works to Collect Coats for People in New York and New Jersey
ATLANTA, Dec. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- For the fourth consecutive year, Storage Post is supporting New York Cares in its 26th annual coat drive and Jersey Cares in its 19th annual coat drive. All of Storage Post's New York and New Jersey storage facilities will act as public collection sites, and the company is encouraging donations from customers and community members. Accepted donations are new or gently-used, freshly-laundered coats of all sizes.
The coat drives launched in Storage Post stores in early November and will continue through December, specifically until December 15 for Jersey Cares and December 31 for New York Cares. With its widespread locations, finding a Storage Post collection site will be simple, with storage facilities everywhere from Suffern to Yonkers and Linden to Long Island.
"Our employees always have the coat drives in mind when the weather starts getting colder. The entire company has really taken the effort to heart and we enjoy partnering with New York Cares and Jersey Cares to collect coat donations," said Storage Post's Chief Marketing Officer Carol O'Kelley. "We're hoping for another successful year and encourage everyone to search closets and storage units for coats that can be donated."
