Storage Post Self Storage Joins Jersey Cares in Area Coat Drive

Storage Post's Linden and Jersey City facilities are drop-off locations for coat donations

ATLANTA, Nov. 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Storage Post Self Storage, a leading self storage provider along the East Coast, has partnered with Jersey Cares to distribute 50,000 donated coats to at-risk men, women and children in New Jersey. Storage Post's New Jersey storage facilities at Linden and Jersey City are official drop-off locations for coat donations, which will be collected between November 15, 2011 and December 15, 2011.

Self storage tenants, potential customers and local citizens are urged to donate gently-used, freshly-laundered coats that are in good condition. Thousands of New Jersey families and individuals have no warm clothing to see them through the winter. To participate in this coat drive, donate at any of Storage Post's New Jersey locations.

Storage Post Chief Operations Officer Jack Chaney said, "We are very involved in community outreach and local events, like festivals and youth programs. We encourage employees to take initiative in the neighborhood, and this year our New Jersey stores are helping by giving the gift of warmth."

Storage Post's executive leadership is dedicated to charitable giving and focused on giving back to the communities they serve. The Jersey City and Linden storage facilities have also offered the use of their storage units and moving trucks to other local groups participating in the collection.
