ATLANTA, Dec. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlanta-based Storage Post Self Storage has further expanded its presence in New York, having entered into a new agreement with L&L Holding and Normandy Real Estate Partners to manage the Chelsea Mini-Storage facility located within the iconic Terminal Stores Building at 261 11th Avenue in Manhattan. Situated in the heart of Chelsea, this new Storage Post is its first location in Manhattan, accompanying its 26 other properties in the greater New York City market.

Storage Post has experienced tremendous growth in the last seven years through acquisitions, redevelopment and assumption of select management contracts. Like all Storage Post locations, this new store is staffed with experienced storage specialists and offers a variety of conveniences such as moving and packing supplies, hand carts, elevators, and online bill pay.
