In his expanded role, Mr. Shepelskiy will oversee corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, audit, treasury, forecasting, tax, and financial controls across the Stonehenge platform. He will continue to be responsible for the financial infrastructure, reporting, and analysis that underpin disciplined investment and operating decisions across the organization.

Since joining Stonehenge in 2008, Mr. Shepelskiy has assumed progressively senior responsibilities across the firm's finance and accounting functions, most recently serving as Chief Accounting Officer. Throughout his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in advancing Stonehenge's financial reporting and corporate finance, implementing systems and controls, improving operating efficiency, and building the infrastructure that supports Stonehenge's multifamily investment portfolio. His expertise and long-standing leadership bring valuable institutional knowledge and continuity to the firm's next phase of growth.

Prior to Stonehenge, Mr. Shepelskiy held senior financial positions at a publicly listed real estate investment trust, where he managed financial operations, improved financial processes, and coordinated key financial functions during the company's initial public offering. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shepelskiy worked in public accounting, providing audit, tax, and advisory services to major real estate clients. His experience across public accounting and real estate investment organizations provides a strong foundation for overseeing Stonehenge's financial strategy and operations. Mr. Shepelskiy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
