Stonehenge NYC Announces the Appointment of Kunal Chothani as Vice-President, Acquisitions
NEW YORK, Jan. 30, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- In an effort to effectively prepare for the anticipated growth of the Company in the coming years as well as to maximize operational efficiencies, Stonehenge NYC has recently hired Mr. Kunal Chothani as Vice-President, Acquisitions as the newest member of it's senior management team. Mr. Chothani will assist Stonehenge NYC in its strategic plan in order for the Company to be well positioned to capitalize on every opportunity for growth going forward.
Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Chothani was responsible for all operations in New York at Akelius Residential Property AB, an international multifamily development and management firm headquartered in Stockholm. During his 4-year tenure at Akelius, Mr. Chothani acquired and managed 26 apartment buildings valued over $1 billion. Before Akelius Mr. Chothani occupied various senior positions and was involved in all aspects of multi-family investments in New York City and throughout the United States. Mr. Chothani graduated from Rutgers University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Economics.
