The Company's Q3 FY 2014 revenue was $349.0 million, up 10.7% YoY, while GAAP net income was $50.3 million, up 13.1% YoY. Diluted EPS was at $0.66 versus $0.55 in Q3 FY 2013. On a non-GAAP basis, net income for the quarter was $55.0 million, an increase of $5.3 million or 10.8% YoY. Non-GAAP diluted EPS was at $0.72 versus $0.62 in Q3 FY 2014. Peter A. On April 30, 2014, Red Hat, Inc. (Red Hat) declared that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Inktank - the main provider of scale-out, open source storage systems.
