Still Rings Champion & Olympic Hopeful, Brandon Wynn, Fuels Success with Teeter Inversion
PUYALLUP, Wash., June 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- What would cause one of the top-rated gymnasts in America to start flipping upside-down a couple of times a day just weeks before the 2012 Olympic Trials and Summer Olympics in London? 22-year-old Brandon Wynn, the reigning All-Around NCAA and U.S. National Champion on Still Rings and Olympic hopeful, has been doing gymnastics for over 16 years and is not immune to the aches and pains that accompany the tough demands of the sport. "One of the most important parts of training is finding a daily regimen that can keep you healthy. Gymnasts experience a lot of pounding on the joints, and over the years, I have dealt with a lot of lower back tightness and pain," said Wynn.
To compete among the best in the world, athletes like Wynn know that taking care of their back and joints is imperative. In an effort to prepare for what could potentially be the biggest moment in his gymnastics career, Wynn turned to Teeter Hang Ups. "When I started using the Teeter Inversion Table, I immediately noticed relief in my joints and lower back. I started to develop greater range of motion and I got out of bed in the morning pain-free!"
Wynn began incorporating the Teeter inversion table into his daily routine, which includes 5 minutes every morning and inverted sit-ups later in the day as a part of his workout. With continued use, Wynn says, "I am getting more consistent rest and I have more energy throughout the day. With less pain and more range of motion, my training is more productive! I feel fresh every day. The benefits are so valuable that the Teeter Inversion Table has become a crucial part of my daily regimen."
When discussing why he chose Teeter Hang Ups, Wynn said, "There are a lot of inversion table choices out there, but compared to other tables, I have noticed the Teeter is more comfortable and sturdy." He goes on to say that, "Even after I am no longer competing, I will still use the Teeter to stretch in the morning. For athletes, or for anyone, I think this is a great way to help stretch and recover."
Wynn uses the Teeter Hang Ups EP-560 Ltd. as seen on Teeter's popular infomercial, airing nationwide.
