Steve Ford and Wayne Breitbarth, CEO Power Formula to Keynote Conference
CHICAGO, Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Motivational speaker Steve Ford and businessman Wayne Breitbarth will keynote this years' MidAmerica Regional Conference (MARC) hosted by the Midwest chapters of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). The conference, "Shifting Gears in Restructuring: From Automotive to Healthcare and Government," will be held Sept. 11 – 12, at the Greektown Casino and Hotel in Detroit.
The program will offer timely, educational content focusing on lessons learned from the automotive turnarounds, and the current, more distressed status of health care and municipalities.
Steve Ford, son of former President and Mrs. Gerald R. Ford, will speak on Sept. 11. With a background that includes life in the White House and Hollywood, horse racing and the professional rodeo circuit, Ford is now a motivational speaker and serves on the board of directors for The Gerald R. Ford Museum and the Gerald R. Ford Foundation.
Wayne Breitbarth, CEO of Power Formula LLC., will deliver his keynote on Sept. 12. Breitbarth is a successful businessman, speaker, author and LinkedIn "guru." He also is the CFO of M&M Office Interiors in Pewaukee, Wisc.; spent 20 years in the automotive industry and is the founder of Urban Promise, a mentoring program.
In addition to the keynotes, the two-day conference will feature a general session on automotive and panel discussions covering the healthcare industry and municipalities.
The conference is co-hosted by the Chicago/Midwest, Detroit, Missouri, Ohio and Upper Midwest chapters of the TMA.
