Stephen Younger, N.Y. State Bar President, Receives Albany Law School Award, Presented by Citigroup Chair Richard Parsons
NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Stephen Younger, president of the New York State Bar Association, will be presented with Albany Law School's Distinguished Alumni Award by Richard Parsons, chairman of Citigroup Inc. and an Albany Law graduate, at an event in New York City on Wednesday, Jan. 26.
Younger, also a partner with Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, graduated from Albany Law School in 1982. Parsons graduated in 1971. Both alumni have been valuable partners with the law school since graduating.
The Annual New York City Albany Law School Alumni Reception will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Le Parker Meridien, 119 West 56th Street, New York, N.Y. Reception attendees will also toast Thomas Guernsey, Albany Law School's president and dean, who is in his final year as dean.
