The Sun Sentinel partnered with Workplace Dynamics to survey more than 9,000 employees in South Florida to find the best places to work. The survey questions measured factors that influence workplace engagement, such as connection, alignment and execution. Healthy organizations thrive on employees who feel connected to their workplace though meaningful work and the belief that their company is moving in the right direction. Only 35 businesses overall were given the distinction of being listed as a 2016 Top Workplace in South Florida.
