Steben & Company Names Richard Kendrick Chief Marketing Officer
ROCKVILLE, Md., Dec. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Steben & Company, a leading provider of managed futures funds, announced today that Richard Kendrick has been named Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Kendrick, most recently with ProShare Advisors LLC, will oversee all marketing and brand strategy for the firm. He reports to Ken Steben, President and CEO of Steben & Company.

Mr. Kendrick joins Steben & Company from ProShares, one of the world's largest ETF companies. There, he served as Managing Director and Head of Marketing, and was responsible for the marketing of over 140 ETFs. Previously, Mr. Kendrick was Vice President of Asset Management Marketing at Ameriprise in Minneapolis, MN, where he oversaw the retail marketing of over 70 mutual funds with combined assets of approximately $100 billion. He has also worked at Rydex Investments, Corporate Executive Board and Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Kendrick received his BS in management and communications from Adelphi University, and his MBA from Duke University. He has also completed the Marketing Strategy Program at Harvard Business School.
