Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center Awarded ENR 2016 Global Best Project Award

NEW YORK, Oct. 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Americas-based leading integrated project and program management consultancy, Faithful+Gould (www.fgould.com) is pleased to announce that the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) is a recipient of an Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2016 Global Best Projects Award.

The JV team was led by Salini Impregilo S.p.A, with Greek partner Terna S.A. Faithful+Gould provided project management, cost estimating services, sustainability and LEED® advice and facilities management procurement support.

The SNFCC is comprised of the Greek National Opera, the National Library of Greece and Stavros Niarchos Park. Construction was completed in August 2016, with final close out scheduled for December 2016. The center is a stunning display of Greek culture, poised to become a landmark attraction.

The award was presented at the ENR Global Best Projects Award dinner on October 11, 2016, in New York City.
