AFGE National Council of SSA Field Operations Locals President Witold Skwierczynski discussed key elements of the contract negotiations including flextime, credit hour use and Telework. Skwierczynski also addressed the recent Federal Labor Relations Authority decision regarding employee leave policies at SSA Teleservice centers – a ruling that favored AFGE's position.
