StateScoop Holds First Annual StateScoop 50 Awards

WASHINGTON, May 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Last night, government IT media company StateScoop announced the winners for its first annual 2014 StateScoop 50 Awards, held at the Hilton Baltimore. The event celebrated the outstanding achievements of the top 50 state IT and tech industry leaders.
