Statement on Passage of Colorado Clean Air-Clean Jobs Act
Background: Yesterday the Colorado legislature approved the Clean Air-Clean Jobs Act, which will retire or retrofit older coal-fired power plants to embrace low-emission energy sources, such as natural gas.
