SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, Oct. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Whitefish Energy Holdings today issued the following statement regarding the appointment of Noel Zamot to serve as Chief Transformation Officer for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA):
