WASHINGTON, April 29, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, Indianapolis (IN) Mayor Gregory A. Ballard, Chair of The U.S. Conference of Mayors Professional Sports Alliance issued the following statement in response to NBA Commissioner Silver's decision:
