Statement from David Porter regarding Frank Dunn

TORONTO, Jan. 14, 2013 /CNW/ - David Porter, counsel for Mr. Dunn, issued the following statement in response to today's decision.

"After a careful and thorough review of the evidence, Justice Marrocco has acquitted Frank Dunn of the charges of fraud laid four-and-a-half years ago.  This acquittal represents a complete vindication for Frank Dunn, and a well-reasoned rejection of the Crown's allegations.

We are very pleased with this decision."
