Statement by the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, on the Announcement of the Canadian Screen Awards Nominees

OTTAWA, Jan. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television today honoured outstanding achievements in Canadian film, television, and digital media productions. The newly created Canadian Screen Awards recognize many of Canada's leading industry professionals.

On behalf of Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the Government of Canada, I am pleased to congratulate all the nominees and wish them the best of luck at the upcoming Canadian Screen Awards on March 3.
