State of Kansas Employee Health Plan Extends Partnership With Rx Savings Solutions

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Sept. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The State of Kansas Employee Health Plan has extended its existing engagement with Rx Savings Solutions to provide the proactive, cost saving software to its health plan members for their prescription drug needs. Currently, over 84,000 are being served by the digital tool, which provides pharmacy cost containment and decision support.

The State of Kansas chose to renew their multi-year contract with Rx Savings Solutions after noting immense value to both their members and health plan. Thirty-four percent of employees are currently engaged with the program and the health plan has seen a savings of $14.9 million to date. The program was chosen over others competing in the space for its patented, personalized and proactive approach.
