State Farm Bank® Brings Check Depositing Home
State Farm Bank launches home scanning with MyTime Deposit™
BLOOMINGTON, Ill., Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- State Farm Bank® has made banking even easier with MyTime Deposit™. State Farm Bank customers can now deposit checks from their home or office using a personal scanning device. MyTime Deposit is also available on iPhone* and Android** as part of the State Farm Pocket Agent™ app.
To deposit checks using a scanner, accountholders should visit www.statefarm.com® and log into their accounts, select the account into which the deposit should be made, endorse the check, enter the amount and scan both sides of the check. .
MyTime Deposit requires a personal scanning device and a registered statefarm.com account. The new service allows State Farm Bank customers to securely deposit checks into their State Farm Bank savings, checking, interest checking and Money Market accounts.
State Farm Bank is planning several updates in the coming months to enhance the banking experience. Some of these updates include Loan E-Statements for Home Equity Lines of Credit, text banking and account-to-account transfers.
