Starwood Property Trust Announces Dates for Fourth Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

GREENWICH, Conn., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: STWD), a real estate investment trust focused primarily on originating, investing in, and financing commercial mortgage loans and other commercial real estate-related debt investments, today announced that the Company will release its fourth quarter 2009 financial results on Monday, March 8, 2010 after the market close.  A conference call will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.

During the conference call, company officers will review fourth quarter performance, discuss recent events, and conduct a question-and-answer period.
