Stanley D. Bernstein Honored as One of "The Most Influential People in Corporate Governance" For the Fourth Consecutive Year

NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein Liebhard LLP announced today that Partner Stanley D. Bernstein has been named to the 2012 Directorship 100, an esteemed list of the most influential people in corporate governance for the fourth consecutive year.  Mr. Bernstein was previously listed in the 2009, 2010, and 2011 editions of the Directorship 100.  The list is compiled each year by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and Directorship magazine.  According to the editor, the Directorship 100 includes "100 professionals and the institutions that provide outstanding expertise and direction to boards" and who are each "striving to enhance how boards serve shareholders."  Other honorees include New York Attorney General Eric T.
