Standard Pacific Homes And Surland To Break Ground On Master-Planned Community In Historic Tracy

TRACY, Calif., Sept. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation's leaders in homebuilding quality, and The Surland Companies, a leader in innovative planning and neighborhood design, today announced plans to break ground on a new, master-planned community nestled in the Southwest region of Tracy. The same partners who developed Redbridge in Tracy are partnering together to bring a new neighborhood of timeless architecture and appeal to the City. To commemorate this special occasion, a groundbreaking ceremony will be held on September 22, 2015 at 10 a.m.
