Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Indices
NEW YORK, May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Tractor Supply Co. (Nasdaq: TSCO) will replace OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: OSIP) in the S&P MidCap 400 index, and Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: HITK) will replace Tractor Supply in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, June 2. OSI Pharmaceuticals is being acquired by S&P Global 1200 constituent Astellas Pharma Inc. in a cash tender offer expected to be completed on or about that date.

Tractor Supply operates retail farm and ranch stores. Headquartered in Brentwood, TN, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Specialty Stores Sub-Industry index.
Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co. is a specialty manufacturer and marketer of prescription, over-the-counter and nutritional products. Headquartered in Amityville, NY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Pharmaceuticals Sub-Industry index.
