Standard & Poor's Announces Changes to U.S. Indices
NEW YORK, April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Oil States International Inc. (NYSE: OIS) will replace NewAlliance Bancshares Inc. (NYSE: NAL) in the S&P MidCap 400 index, and LivePerson Inc. (NASD: LPSN) will replace Oil States International in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Thursday, April 14, 2011. S&P MidCap 400 constituent First Niagara Financial Group Inc. (NASD: FNFG) is acquiring NewAlliance in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.

LivePerson provides online engagement solutions that facilitate real-time assistance and advice. Headquartered in New York, NY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS Internet Software & Services Sub-Industry index.
