StaffDNA Announces New Leadership Team
Company Focused on Customers and VMS/MSP Solution
DALLAS, Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- StaffDNA, a company focused on serving the healthcare workforce, announced today that Stephen Gillem and Frank Urso will join the company as vice presidents to lead the growth and expansion of its vendor management system (VMS) and managed service provider (MSP) solution.
As members of StaffDNA's senior leadership team, Gillem and Urso will report to chief executive officer, Sheldon Arora, leading internal teams in the development and sales of its vendor management solution for the healthcare industry.
"To create the next generation of VMS/MSP solutions, we sought industry experts who understood the value of top talent and best-in-class technology," Arora said. "We are excited to bring Frank and Stephen on board. Their experience and skillsets will add great value to our team as we continue to grow."
Gillem and Urso share a combined 40+ years of senior management and strategy experience, largely for the healthcare industry. Gillem has built the tools and processes to acquire and grow top talent, including leading teams at Broadlane and later MedAssets. Urso has lead national sales teams in providing software and services for Henry Ford Health System and Cleveland Clinic.
Earlier this year, StaffDNA launched a new generation of VMS/MSP solutions, changing the way business is done between hospitals, staffing firms and clinical staff. This marks the healthcare industry's first change to traditional VMS/MSP offerings in over a decade.
