Stack-It Storage, Inc. announces change in control

HOUSTON, Oct. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Stack-It Storage, Inc. ("OTC-Pinksheet-STAK" and hereinafter "Stack") announces that the members of Mobile Home Rental Holdings, LLC, which owns and operates properties in the manufactured housing sector ("MHRH"), and their assigns have (i) acquired 96.54% of the voting common stock of Stack-It Storage, Inc. via a combination of acquisition of shares of stock held by certain significant stockholders of Stack and a merger of MHRH with and into Stack, and (ii) the change of the name of Stack to Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. ("MHP"). MHP currently owns two properties and has agreements to purchase six properties in the fourth quarter of this year.
