STA-BIL Celebrates 20 Years with the U.S. Lawnmower Racing Association

CHICAGO, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Gold Eagle Co^®., an industry pioneer of fuel additives and stabilizers and maker of best-selling STA-BIL^®, HEET^®, START YOUR ENGINES!^® and 303 Products^®, today celebrated 20 years working with the U.S. Lawnmower Racing Association (USLMRA). In 1992, Gold Eagle helped to establish the USLMRA and featured STA-BIL Fuel Stabilizer as the sport's inaugural headline sponsor.

STA-BIL Lawnmower Racing and the USLMRA was founded on April 1, 1992. It began as a one-time race on April Fool's Day and has since evolved into a national, year-round sporting event. Today, the USLMRA hosts more than 80 regional races per season with an association of more than 500 members consisting of local lawnmower racing chapters and affiliated clubs across the country.
