St. Louis Minority Advocacy Coalition Recognizes Care Improvement Plus With Diversity Award
Senior Director of Community Outreach Receives Appreciation Award for Leading Program to Educate Missouri Seniors with Chronic Conditions
ST. The award was provided as part of a ceremony the coalition held on April 16th at the Brentwood Community Center recognizing individuals who have contributed to the wellbeing of St. Louis' minority population. Nelson received the award for her work in organizing educational events for Medicare beneficiaries in Missouri suffering from chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart failure.
