S&T Bank Expands Roles And Promotes Two Senior-Level Employees

Banking Industry Veterans William Kametz and Joseph Imler Accept New Roles

INDIANA, Pa., June 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- S&T Bank (S&T) (NASDAQ: STBA), a full-service financial institution with assets of $4.7 billion, branch locations in 12 Pennsylvania counties and loan production offices in Northeast and Central Ohio, is pleased to announce the promotions of two senior-level employees who are veterans of the banking industry:

William Kametz has been appointed Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Credit Officer. Kametz has worked with S&T Bank for more than six years, and prior to joining the team, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at VIST Financial Corporation, was Senior Vice President for the Bank of Hanover and also served 16 years at Mellon Bank. Kametz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Franklin & Marshall College and graduate and undergraduate diplomas from the University of Oklahoma's National Commercial Lending School.
Joseph Imler was named Senior Vice President, S&T Bank and President, S&T Evergreen Insurance. Imler is an original co-founder of Evergreen Insurance Associates, which was established in 1980. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Duquesne University and completed the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation in 1996. Imler is currently a member of the Insurance Agents & Brokers, Pennsylvania Coal Association, Americans for Balance Energy Choices and the St. Benedicts Church. He is also a past Board member of Excela Health System and a past Trustee of Mercersburg Academy.
