(NASDAQ: STBA) a full-service financial institution with branch locations in 11 Pennsylvania counties, has announced the appointments of Gerald Tegethoff and Lisa Long as mortgage loan specialists. Tegethoff will be based in the bank's Butler office, and Long will work from the McMurray office. In their new roles, Tegethoff and Long will be responsible for providing the full array of S&T Bank's mortgage loan products to customers – from mortgage origination to working closely with realtors and other bank personnel and overseeing the closing and documentation process for clients.

Prior to joining S&T Bank, Tegethoff served as senior loan officer at another regional bank, where he originated first and second mortgage loans. He also served in a variety of leadership roles at a host of other financial service companies. Tegethoff earned a B.A. in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Long joins S&T Bank after serving as mortgage loan officer at a number of other financial institutions. In these roles, she sold conventional and government mortgage products, home equity loans and lines of credit. She also managed mortgage referrals for six bank branches and their referral networks. Long received a certificate in nonprofit management from University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public & International Affairs and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University.
