SSP America Names New General Counsel
Jagpreet Singh joins SSP America's Leadership Team as General Counsel
LANSDOWNE, Va., Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- SSP America, the North American division of SSP, the leading operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations worldwide, today announced the appointment of Jagpreet (Jag) Singh as General Counsel and member of the company's Leadership Team.
With more than 15 years of commercial legal experience, Mr. Singh comes to SSP from Venable LLP in Washington, DC where he served as a partner to the firm's Corporate Group providing counsel on all aspects of corporate and commercial activity. Mr. Singh will join SSP America with immediate effect, and will oversee the company's legal, policy, compliance and regulatory affairs.

Mr. Singh holds a juris doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond in Virginia. He is a member of the State Bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
