SSINA Appoints New Market Development Committee Chairman

WASHINGTON, June 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, the Specialty Steel Industry of North America (SSINA) announced its appointment of Michael Stateczny as the Chairman of its Market Development Committee, effective June 9, 2010.

Michael Stateczny, is the Senior Vice President of Plate Products for Outokumpu Stainless, Inc. with close to 30 years of experience in the specialty industry. Since 2004, he has been responsible for operations, marketing and management of Outokumpu's Plate Products business unit located in New Castle, Indiana.

In his role as Market Development Committee Chairman, Mr. Stateczny will be responsible for advancing the group's mission of the expanded use and recognition of stainless steel.
