SS&C Unveils Precision LM™ at its 2015 Investment Intelligence Summit

New generation cloud-based loan management suite offers fully customizable user interface and intuitive user experience

WINDSOR, Conn., May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, unveiled Precision LM™ at its Investment Intelligence Summit in Florida yesterday. Precision LM redefines SS&C's loan management software suite and is the evolution of SS&C's comprehensive commercial loan management technology and expertise.

The cloud-based solution is designed to transform the loan management process for customers. Precision LM features a drag and drop interface, so loan information can be positioned and juxtaposed anywhere on the user's screen. Snapshot dashboards containing summary data for accounts, property types, and almost any other application data are now completely configurable.

New functionality has been added to streamline mortgage REIT processing and reporting and enhance concession accounting and processing for an interest impairment that has been structured. The new version automates CMHC (Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation) pooling and servicing, includes the ability to track future capitalization of interest and handles adjustments to funded budget items in a construction budget.

SS&C Precision LM will be available for general release in Q3, 2015.
