SRR Expands Investment Banking Group

(SRR), a global advisory firm specializing in Investment Banking, Valuation & Financial Opinions, and Dispute Advisory & Forensic Services is pleased to announce that Todd Parsapour and Keith Sipes have joined as Managing Directors to lead the Energy and Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Practices, respectively.

Mr. Parsapour has close to 15 years of experience providing advice on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including 12 years within the energy sector. Prior to joining SRR, Mr. Parsapour worked at Simmons & Company International in Houston, where he was a senior executive in the Energy Services & Equipment Corporate Finance Group and helped originate, execute and close more than 45 transactions totaling approximately $36 billion in aggregate transaction value. Mr. Parsapour provided a variety of corporate advisory and underwriting services including sell-side and buy-side advisory services, strategic reviews, fairness opinions, public and private equity and debt capital raises, and restructuring advisory services.

Mr. Sipes' experience spans a wide range of TMT sectors including broadcasting, cable, digital media & internet, ecommerce, entertainment, information services, media technology services, publishing, wireless, and video games. Mr. Sipes has spent more than 16 years providing strategic advisory and corporate financial services, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and equity and debt financings. He has successfully executed M&A transactions exceeding $70 billion in value and financing assignments representing more than $25 billion in value for both public and private companies.
