Squaremouth's Zero Complaint Guarantee is its promise to customers that every policy sold on squaremouth.com is from a reputable provider. If a customer is not happy with how their claim is handled, Squaremouth's licensed claims adjusters will mediate with the provider on their behalf in effort to have the claim resolved.
