SPX to Host Investor Event Highlighting SPX Transformer Solutions Business
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Aug. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) announced that it will host an event for investors on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The event will feature a detailed review of SPX Transformer Solutions and include presentations by Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Smeltser, Segment President David Kowalski and SPX Transformer Solutions President Thom Farrell.
Following the presentation, investors will have an opportunity to tour SPX's significantly expanded power transformer manufacturing facility located in nearby Waukesha, Wisconsin. This facility was expanded by 50 percent to increase SPX's capacity to manufacture large power units for the North American power grid.
