SPX to Host Flow Technology Analyst and Investor Event and Showcase Food & Beverage Innovation Centre in Denmark

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPW) today announced that it will host an event for investors and analysts on Wednesday, September 28 and Thursday, September 29, 2011, at the Bella Sky Comwell Hotel in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event will include a detailed review of the company's Flow Technology segment, with a focus on the expansion of its Global Food & Beverage Systems business.

Following presentations by SPX Executive Vice President and CFO Patrick O'Leary, SPX Flow Technology President Don Canterna, and other members of the SPX Flow Technology management team, the event will conclude with a tour of the company's food & beverage Innovation Centre in Soborg, Denmark. The tour will showcase SPX's leading food & beverage processing equipment brands, including Anhydro and Gerstenberg Schroder.
