SPS Named Microsoft National Solution Provider
PARSIPPANY, N.J., July 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Strategic Products and Services (SPS), a Unified Communications System Integrator and managed service provider, today announced it has been named a Microsoft National Solution Provider (NSP) due to its expertise in designing, implementing and supporting solutions across Microsoft functional areas.
SPS is one of less than 40 Microsoft NSP partners, a designation that demonstrates SPS's strong sales performance and commitment to delivering solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies. SPS holds multiple Microsoft Gold competencies and technical certifications, including Gold Cloud Productivity, Gold Communications, Gold Messaging, Silver Cloud Platform, Silver Datacenter and Silver Midmarket Solution Provider.
"We are proud to receive this distinction and believe it is a testament to the strength of our relationship with Microsoft and our ability to translate our passion for the Microsoft technology suite into the creation of solutions that best serve our clients," said Jim Maynard, SPS Executive Vice President, Solution Development. "We look forward to our continued partnership with Microsoft and providing clients with the greatest value in the industry."
SPS's growth into a key partner at the national level is a natural progression of the relationship between the company and Microsoft. Earlier this year, SPS acquired ExtraTeam, an IT solutions provider with a consulting team that includes Microsoft Certified Solutions Masters, former Microsoft employees, published authors and Microsoft MVPs. Microsoft selected SPS as a Skype for Business Launch Partner due to the experience that SPS and ExtraTeam possess in designing solutions across a broad range of customer environments and use cases.
"Working together as one, SPS and ExtraTeam have fostered an environment of true collaboration that elevates our shared Microsoft competencies to the next level," said Tom Pacyk, SPS Microsoft Practice Manager. "We are excited to bring our partnership with Microsoft to the national scope, and we are confident our partnership will further evolve due to our National Solution Provider status."
SPS specializes in the design, integration and management of communication applications, including contact centers, collaboration, video, core infrastructure and voice. SPS teams with clients, providing professional services, managed services and cloud-based solutions to deliver exceptional results.
