MIDDLETON, Wis., Jan. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Springs Window Fashions, LLC (Springs) is very pleased to announce the acquisition of SunSetter Products Limited Partnership (SunSetter). The transaction closed January 6, 2016. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Malden, Mass., SunSetter is an industry-leading manufacturer of retractable patio awnings and other sun control products. Since its founding in 1988, SunSetter has sold over 700,000 awnings through its extensive distribution network. Today, SunSetter is a nationally recognized brand known for its high-quality product offerings and exceptional customer service.
