Sports Facilities Management (SFM) CEO Jason Clement Releases SFM 2017-2018 New Facility Openings Roster

This week SFM Founding Partner and CEO Jason Clement released the SFM roster of new sports complexes slated for opening in the next 18 months.  Clement said, "Releasing the roster is a way for us to drive attention for each facility and to share with the world the important role we feel we are playing in improving access to sports for kids and families."

Currently finalizing financing or agreements with some exciting upcoming projects, SFM plans to add a number of new facilities to the roster in coming months.

Hoover Metropolitan Complex – Opening Summer 2017   
Hoover, AL   
Located in the premier community of Hoover, AL (just outside Birmingham), this massive indoor and outdoor complex will feature 155,000 Sq. Ft. of indoor sports and events space, 5 Long Fields, 5 full-size baseball fields with capability of 15 softball and little league fields, over 12 tennis courts, a splash pad, an entertainment climbing center, an RV Park, full catering kitchen and is home to the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium "The Met", which hosts the SEC Baseball Tournament and Hoover High School football.

Hill Country Indoor Sports Complex – Opening Summer 2017   
BeeCave, TX (metro Austin, TX)   
Located in the heart of central Texas, Hill Country Indoor is a 140,000 square foot privately owned indoor sports and fitness facility. Hill Country Indoor utilizes the existing, natural terrain and provides multiple levels of court and field space for athletic training and play.

Warinanco Park Sports Center – Opening Spring 2017   
Union County, NJ   
Formerly a seasonal venue, the Warinanco Park Ice Rink is undergoing a $7 Million renovation to become a year-round facility. The Sports Center will feature the ice rink, batting and pitching cages, and an 11,000 Sq. Ft. club house featuring a pro shop, restrooms, and concession stand.

Sports Kingdome - Opening Fall 2017   
East Fishkill, NY   
Located on 33 acres an hour north of New York City, this facility will be the largest forced-air dome in the world. With 350,000 square feet of free-span space and over 120' clear to the ceiling, the Kingdome is uniquely capable of hosting premier leagues, tournaments and instruction for baseball, softball, football, soccer, lacrosse and more.

Drive Nation Sports Complex - Opening Fall of 2017   
Dallas-Fort Worth (Irving), TX   
Piloted by NBA All-Star Jermaine O'Neal, this cutting edge 75,000 Sq. Ft. sports facility features 6 basketball/volleyball courts and is dedicated to facilitating each athlete's individual potential. The venue is being constructed with the eye for detail of providing the first class care, service and amenities normally reserved for professional athletes to every developing athlete.

Rocky Mount Downtown Community Facility – Opening Fall 2018   
Rocky Mount, NC   
A sports destination located in the heart of Downtown Rocky Mount that is unlike any sporting event center in eastern North Carolina. This 175,000 Sq. Ft. facility features 8 basketball courts, a family entertainment center, events pace, and more.
