SpongeTech(R) Delivery Systems, Inc. Continues to Add to Their Management Team with Addition of Vice President of Sales

NEW YORK, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpongeTech® Delivery Systems, Inc., The Smarter Sponge™, (Pink Sheets: SPNG), announces that it continues to enhance its management team with the addition of Ira Minkoff as Vice President of Sales.  Minkoff has a successful background as  president, entrepreneur and national sales manager in the consumer products industry and has built different sales organizations by adding independent reps, implementing feedback reporting systems, developing strategic target account plans and developing key account relationships that have increased sales significantly.  Minkoff has dealt with major national and regional retailers.  This hire follows other recent management hires into the financial and manufacturing areas of the company as announced in the SpongeTech® press releases dated February 12, 2010 and April 5, 2010.
