Spiegelworld Announces Settlement Agreement with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, May 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Spiegelworld CSC, LLC announced today that it has entered into a confidential settlement with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with regards to the dispute centering around the social club Rose. Rabbit. Lie. and Spiegelworld's "Vegas Nocturne." Neither party admits any liability to the other, and both have agreed to dismissal of the lawsuit.

Each party dismissed and retracted all claims as part of the settlement, including allegations of fraud against Spiegelworld and its founder Ross Mollison.

Both parties are pleased to have resolved this matter.
