NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Spencer Stuart and WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) have forged a new strategic partnership for North America – creating an alliance to serve board members and advance best practices in corporate governance. WCD – a group of 2,500+ directors serving on more than 3,500 boards – is rapidly growing worldwide; there are 60 chapters to date on six continents.
